1- To Know Which Version Are You Using

$ lsb_release -a


2- Change Boot TimeOut

$ sudo gedit /boot/grub/menu.lst
## timeout sec
# Set a timeout, in SEC seconds, before automatically booting the default entry
# (normally the first entry defined).
timeout 3


3 - Locate Package

$ dpkg -L


4 - Hard Drive Partitions

$ sudo fdisk -l


5- Reboot GUI

$ CTRL + ALT + BACKSPACE
