The stunning synth sounds in Vapor vary from instruments to noise beds, but stick with the theme of technology and futurism. Vapor is the ultimate "idea tool" to add some flavor to any track. All waveforms are "original material", and not some "knocked off" samples from the latest keyboard to hit the stores. Various methods such as vocoding, phase vocoding, granular synthesis, convolution, waveshaping, spectral resynthesis, and other traditional synthesis methods were employed to create the Vapor waveset.

ltimate Sound Bank has finally released X-treme FX, a UVI-Engine based virtual instrument plug-in for Mac OS X (VST/AU/RTAS) and Windows (VST/RTAS/DXI) dedicated to sound effects, foleys and atmospheric sounds.
